For an international company we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist. Principal Responsibilities: - Overseeing payroll processing for all employees. - Managing social insurance matters (AVS, AI, IPG, LPP, IF control, salary certificates, maternity/military leave, AF, sick leave, and injury). - Preparing annual accounts for AVS, tax at source, and insurance administration and reporting. - Handling private health coverage for non-EU foreign branches. - Managing work permits and visa requests in collaboration with external consultants. - Drafting employment contracts and work certificates. - Supervising internship programs and related processes. - Implementing labor law changes and ensuring compliance. - Managing personnel in EU and non-EU branches, ensuring legal and tax compliance. - Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee separation processes.. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland, preferably in a medium or large company. - Full autonomy in payroll management. - Fluent in English and Italian (other languages are a plus). - Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and international employment regulations. - HR Assistant certification required; HR Specialist certification is a plus. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Autonomous in managing personnel-related accounting. - Experience in an international environment managing personnel across multiple countries (EU and non-EU).
