Your responsibilities Manage telephone reception and correspondence.
Manage billing and administrative operations.
Entry of accounting entries.
Help with VAT returns.
Preparation of simple tax returns.
Organize and coordinate team members' schedules.
Management and drafting of correspondence.
Document management and archiving
Your profile Holder of a CFC in sales or equivalent training.
Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a fiduciary.
Excellent command of spoken and written French; fluent English (C1 minimum)
Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation.
Knowledge of Odoo and Winbiz required.
