Your Tasks:
* Develop and implement lifecycle strategies for managing product lifecycles across our Training Systems portfolio.
* Coordinate obsolescence analysis, identifying risks early and proposing proactive mitigation plans.
* Manage the obsolescence database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Initiate resolution activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams and collaborate with Product Managers to align obsolescence resolutions with product roadmaps.
* Produce regular customer-facing and internal reports on obsolescence trends and forecasts.
* Continuously refine and innovate on obsolescence processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
With this you convince us:
* Technical education in engineering, electronics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two years' experience in obsolescence management, product lifecycle management, or related field.
* Previous exposure to the aviation industry (or similarly complex technical environments) and additional qualifications in product management or business administration are a plus.
* Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, and strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
* English at a minimum C1 level (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. German) are beneficial.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, self-driven mindset, comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment and a team player dedicated to continuous improvement.
