In doing so, you will ensure effective and careful processing of all administrative and organizational activities that arise within the scope of a fully integrated personnel support. Furthermore, you will support the recruitment and selection of personnel, be responsible for applicant management, prepare employment contracts, references and job advertisements, and take over the entire coordination of appointments.
