Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our Electrical Safety Solutions (ESS) Business Unit's marketing strategy and drive sales growth.
Global Objectives
* Develop and implement a marketing strategy in collaboration with product line managers, sales team, and business development manager to support business growth.
* Create promotional materials such as commercial brochures, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and animations to support sales activities.
* Work with the Sécheron Hasler Group Marketing Team to plan and coordinate trade shows and fairs.
* Support product line managers and sales team in developing product economics.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on growth in collaboration with business development manager and sales organization.
* Define product market introduction and launch plans, and drive implementation to support worldwide sales network.
* Create promotional materials, including e-learning modules, to train sales network on new products and activities.
* Prepare comparative competitor product analysis to support product line managers and sales team.
* Maintain product documentation for intranet and corporate purposes.
* Define annual trade show and fair needs, and manage preparation within the business unit.
* Contribute to yearly strategy review meetings.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or power electronics.
* Further education in industrial product marketing.
* At least 10 years international experience in sales and product marketing in industrial B2B environment.
* Successful track record in product marketing, driving key people across the organization.
* Proven working experience as a successful product marketing manager.
* Good knowledge of high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and e-mobility industries.
* Interest in understanding DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale.
* Proven ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problems.
* Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, French and German desirable.
