As a Lead Delivery Manager at Zühlke, you are responsible for the successful delivery of challenging projects at the intersection of technology, business, and client collaboration:
You lead projects to success – from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
You build and lead strong, multidisciplinary project teams – empowering both Zühlke colleagues and client-side teams.
You support bid and proposal processes – contributing your expertise in effort estimation, solution design, and planning.
Several years of experience managing complex projects in the fields of software engineering, IT solutions, and technology consulting.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams with diverse backgrounds.
University degree, at least a bachelor’s – preferably a master’s. Project management certifications (e.g., Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills are required.
