The Penny is looking for a friendly, reliable Bartender to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis (20% +). Based in Aarau, conveniently located just across from the train station, we take pride in offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with friendly service that makes everyone feel at home.
Responsibilities
* Step in to support during busy periods, events, or staff absences.
* Mix and serve drinks with precision and flair.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
* Help with bar prep, cleaning, and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
* Prior bartending experience preferred.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
* Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
* A team player with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.
