Account Manager Position Overview
Main Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the Partner Services team in engaging with 800+ Forum Partners across various industries and geographies.
The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with Partner Representatives from the Energy Industries, ensuring tailored engagement plans meet their priorities and deepen their involvement in relevant Forum activities.
* Maintain ongoing Partner engagement by building strong relationships with Partner Representatives.
* Ensure retention through delivery of customized engagement plans addressing Partner priorities and enhancing participation in Forum events.
* Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem by establishing strong working relationships with Partner Representatives and documenting information accurately in Forum systems, including Salesforce.
* Monitor Partner news and health to identify potential risks and course-correct engagement as needed.
* Lead event preparation for institutional events, including invitations, registration processes, participant agendas, speaking roles, and logistics.
* Contribute to identifying process optimizations and automation opportunities to ensure seamless Partner engagement experiences.

* A strong ability to build relationships with Partner Representatives and develop engagement plans based on business priorities and industry trends.
* Effective management of Partner retention and engagement metrics, with resulting actions to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Proven use of Salesforce to its full capacity, ensuring accurate documentation of Partner information accessible to all stakeholders.
* Foster a 'One-Forum' approach by collaborating with internal teams, centers, regional businesses, and industry experts to guarantee optimal Partner engagement experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* At least 7 years of professional experience in account management and business relationship development.
* A proven track record of success in engaging with Partner Representatives and managing complex portfolios.
* Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English.
* Critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to drive results.
* Digital capabilities and occasional travel up to 15%.
