Job Description:
The Retail & Asset Coordinator at CHEP is responsible for developing trust relationships with a portfolio of national retailers, focusing on delivering best-in-class customer care and expanding our market share.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify potential opportunities for business expansion and strengthen relationships with existing retailers.
* Proactively analyze internal KPIs to ensure quality of service and avoid potential risks of pallet loss.
* Manage activities to meet budget targets.
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
* Prepare and present regular KPI reports for your retailers and customers.
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements to provide tailored supply chain solutions.
* Resolve any problems faced by customers/retailers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
* Regularly check and reconcile invoices, if necessary.
* Promptly and efficiently follow up on customer queries and service requests. Liaise effectively with AM Field Executives and Supply Chain Teams.
Required Profile:
* High School diploma or any university degree.
* Proven experience in key account management.
* Experience in FMCG or retail is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
* Ability to use MS Office effectively.
* Knowledge of local market players within manufacturing and retail sectors is an advantage.
* Knowledge of current local supply chain solutions and providers would be considered an advantage.
* Languages: fluency in German and English is a must; French is a nice to have.
