We are looking for a Solution Owner (Tagetik GC&R) as part of our Finance Team.
Tagetik Roadmap:
1. Definition of the Tagetik GC&R solution roadmap (modules, data integration, modernization and cost efficiency)
2. Alignment with the end-to-end Finance-lead and BPO GC&R on overall solution
3. Alignment with other potential Tagetik initiatives/projects (e.g., Leasing, ESG) with regards to integration and architecture within the solution
4. Define ownership/processes within GC&R Tagetik database with regards to different modules/master data and hands-on implementation support
5. Define long-term roadmap together with the end-to-end Finance lead and BPO GC&R based on Tagetik capabilities (e.g., Reporting, Operational Planning etc.)
6. Continuously improve Tagetik GC&R solution and identify opportunities from industry trends
Tagetik GC&R Project:
1. Ensure appropriate and complete financial reporting/consolidation within Tagetik from January 2025 onwards
2. Definition of the project plan together and manage resources (internal & external)
3. Guardrail set-up of financial solution/consolidation within Tagetik (until Jan 2025)
Communication/Change management:
1. Define and communicate project plan to stakeholders (CFOs, Subsidiaries, GM)
2. Support BPO GC&R for change management within the Group
3. Ensure collaboration and communication with IT organization (e.g., support for IT, Data Security, Data Governance Integration etc.)
Alignment Tagetik with SAP ERP project organization:
1. Alignment Tagetik solution with ERP project team incl. setting priorities on backlog of changes
2. Track and report on Tagetik GC&R solution Service Level Agreements compliance
3. Definition of the concept to integrate SAP S/4 HANA data in collaboration with resources (internal and external)
4. Alignment of reporting strategy (SAC/Power BI) with ERP project team for mid-term BI Tool
5. Initiate and maintain Tagetik GC&R solution documentation repository together with Controller MIS
6. Alignment with other project-streams (e.g., BI, Master Data, S/4) with regards to data integration and reporting process chain
Support on other finance related projects and deployment of knowledge
Educational Background:
1. Master Degree in business economics
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
1. Ideally working experience in the area of controlling (Tagetik experience is a plus)
2. Advanced know-how in MS Office, affinity for IT
3. Analytical, logical and conceptual capabilities
4. Business acumen
5. Proficient English knowledge and advanced German knowledge required
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
