Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a top customer service experience by taking care of specific retailers/customers independently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage, enter, and process all incoming orders from customers, considering fulfillment and stock availability.
* Monitor the timely completion and shipping of orders.
* Collaborate closely with sales forces and regional offices as well as internal departments on site.
* Help improve daily processes and handle claims and issues.
* Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in an international B2B position.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being an asset.
* Work experience with a common ERP system and general IT proficiency.
* Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Flexible and independent individual with adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service excellence-oriented personality focused on service and quality.
* Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
