Your Impact
You will, together with the team, sell and successfully deliver high-impact projects in pharma life science customer and commercial area. The projects typically include end-to-end strategy to transformations such as go-to market strategy, customer engagement strategy, customer analytics & insights (data lake, reporting / predictive analytics, AI/GenAI), CRM transformation and implementation, marketing and sales transformation incl. omnichannel and MarTech strategy to transformation, front office operating model design and implementation, sales force effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and be actively involved in business development activities to help identify, propose and close customer transformation opportunities.
* Work with international clients and lead x-functional and x-territory teams to deliver large, global-scale, and complex client engagements with a high-quality standard.
* Lead a fast-growing team and have opportunities to build your own team for the capabilities you will bring.
Your Skill Set
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven successful experience in a consulting environment with at least 10+ years experience.
* Experience in delivering customer and commercial transformation programs in pharma industry from strategy to execution, and can demonstrate tangible business benefits.
* In-depth domain expertise in one or more of those areas: go-to-market strategy, customer engagement strategy, customer analytics & insights (data lake, reporting / predictive analytics, AI/GenAI), CRM transformation and implementation, marketing and sales transformation incl. omnichannel and MarTech strategy to transformation, front office operating model design and implementation, sales force effectiveness.
