Key Responsibilities:
* Translate stakeholders' inputs into functional and technical requirements for evaluating feasibility and implementation efforts on training systems products (aircraft, simulators, computer-based training).
* Perform market assessment and competitors analysis, as well as emergent technologies analysis.
* Define the product roadmap and manage its implementation by prioritizing product features integration in collaboration with engineering departments.
* Coordinate bid activities, defining the product baseline content (Bill of Material), product modifications, production costs, and schedule according to stakeholder requirements.
* Prepare requirements documents for R&D activities performed by internal and external stakeholders and investment requests (technical and financial documentation).
* Manage obsolescence resolution activities.
Requirements:
* University master's degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering (electronics).
* An additional university degree in economic studies, business administration, or economics is considered an advantage.
* Experience in product management of aviation products or aircraft systems design.
* High emotional intelligence to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level. Additional languages such as German are considered an advantage.
* Proactive approach in problem-solving and self-motivated, dedicated, and focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.
* Ability to take responsibilities, even in cases where boundaries are not perfectly defined.
