YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Authorization Coordinator, you will play a key role in our client’s ongoing Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation including the implementation of the Saviynt application as the central provisioning tool, replacing legacy SAP CUA and SAP GRC systems, and ensuring the success of this strategic transition. You will act as an expert in Authorizations Management to ensure the foundation of critical business services. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to refine, prioritize, and deliver on business requirements while ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating, prioritizing and executing quality controls of all authorizations activities;
* Collaborating with Product Owners and the team to refine and prioritize business requirements;
* Driving Authorizations delivery aligned with the organization's strategic goals and operational excellence standards;
* Contributing to the overall Authorization Strategy & Roadmap alongside the broader Authorizations team;
* Supporting high-impact, high-risk projects with corporate-level significance in virtual and distributed team setups;
* Aligning with other teams to coordinate deliverables and propose innovative ideas;
* Actively participating in Agile ceremonies and adopting best practices;
* Designing and leading performance plans to drive team success;
* Monitoring the quality of services delivered, ensuring SLA adherence;
* Orchestrating communication between central and offshore teams to maintain alignment and efficiency;
* Tracking capacity plans and addressing needs to ensure resource availability;
* Maintaining alignment with the Head of IAM and the Operations Authorization Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
* Over 8 years of experience in Authorization Management or a closely related field;
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Saviynt, including implementation and optimization;
* Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex authorization activities in dynamic, high-pressure environments;
* Comprehensive understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformations, with a track record of contributing to strategic initiatives;
* Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, with experience participating in Agile ceremonies;
* Excellent skills in stakeholder alignment, cross-team collaboration, and operational strategy;
* Experience designing performance plans, monitoring service quality, and ensuring SLA compliance through continuous improvement processes;
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement;
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster alignment between central and distributed teams;
* Familiarity with capacity planning and resource management within large-scale operational environments;
* Additional experience with tools such as SAP CUA, SAP GRC will be an advantage;
* Fluency in English and French is required.
