Job Description:
We are seeking a Rights Activation Manager to perform various tasks related to the Rights Activation function, as well as other departmental responsibilities. The successful candidate will gain a solid fundamental working knowledge of IOC Television and Marketing Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with assigned clients and devise an operational framework for activation development that benefits Sponsorship and Broadcast Partners.
* Proactively monitor and advise on the use of the IOC's, Organising Committees' and National Olympic Committees' IP around the world.
* Delve the approval process for TOP Sponsors, OCOG Sponsors, Broadcasters, Licensing partners and other types of partners.
* Provide guidance to stakeholders on the approval process as required.
* Deliver trainings as required to clients and develop training materials.
* Continuously develop IOC Brand and Activation guidelines and deliver trainings to Commercial Partners.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Rights Activation in systemizing the Rights Activation function based on assigned projects.
* Proactively identify improvements of processes and deliver agreed changes fast.
* Organize and set up user accounts on the IOC Partner platform.
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related fields.
* Proven business experience in a commercial environment, preferably in marketing, business development, broadcasting, licensing or sponsorship setting.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* High level of service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to remain efficient within a changing environment.
* Ability to interact with sensitivity, efficiency, and professionalism with all kinds of people.
* Willingness to travel internationally, as and if required.
