Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager Mid Market for the region Western Switzerland.
In this role, you will build and expand customer relationships with assigned mid-market customers across the entire Lenovo PC and Smart Device product portfolio, including services and solutions. Your strengths lie in commercial activities on the phone, via video, and email to successfully manage all sales phases until closing.
You will focus on acquiring new customers in your territory and developing and supporting the existing customer base.
Your Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new customer projects through active telephone calls.
* Manage customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales and profits.
* Presentation of the full product, service, and solution portfolio taking into account individual customer requirements.
* Select and configure products according to customer needs.
* Prepare and follow up on offers, including pricing, until project completion.
* Manage pipelines and contribute actively in weekly forecast, pipeline, and opportunity management.
* Create quarterly business activity plans within assigned customers to achieve targets.
* Cooperate with business partners and the Lenovo external service.
* Independently process customer inquiries and cooperate with international teams.
* Document and track telephone activities in the CRM system.
Your Profile:
* Ideal 1-3 years of experience in IT sales with a high affinity for IT sales on the phone.
* Excellent written and spoken German, English, and presentation skills.
* Technical knowledge in the area of Workplace, Services, and Server is an advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management.
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to work independently in a goal-oriented manner.
You have a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques. You are a strong team player with a high degree of flexibility, independence, proactivity, and ability to deliver excellent results under time pressure.
