1. Manage various projects aimed at optimizing the performance of CS platforms and network worldwide, with a focus on technical aspects
2. Drive projects to enhance quality management on CS platforms, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement
3. Optimize technical processes on the repair flow, streamlining operations and improving efficiency (, repair model)
4. Develop optimized repair processes for jewelry activities
5. Participate in the digitalization of RCS activities, supporting the integration of technology and processes
6. Contribute to fostering a customer-centric mindset, driving innovation and enhancing Richemont's competitive advantage in customer service
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
7. Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
8. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, with a track record of successfully contributing to complex projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in consulting is a plus
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
11. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (, Agile, Waterfall)
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
13. Willingness to travel
