About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader Facility to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities in Switzerland. The successful candidate will have a background in aviation and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage facility maintenance and operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
* Oversee the maintenance of aviation-related equipment and infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and standards.
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility operations.
* Manage and train facility staff, providing leadership and support.
* Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
* Monitor and report on facility performance, addressing any issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance activities.
* Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facilities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facility management, preferably within the aviation industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Valid driving license.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
* Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
Education:
A relevant degree or certification in facility management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Several years of experience in a supervisory role within facility management. Aviation facilities management experience is highly desirable.
