Position Overview:
This global role leads candidate and employee engagement initiatives, combining employer branding, innovative communication strategies, and wellness programs to strengthen culture and engagement. The role will also focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to optimize communication channels and create impactful engagement experiences for candidates and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement candidate engagement and branding strategies and sponsor key initiatives to promote employee engagement.
* Plan and manage the annual budget for employee engagement activities.
* Implement activities/events/campaigns to ensure active engagement with, and from, all employee groups, both online and offline.
* Lead efforts to assess engagement levels, share results, and propose action plans for improvement.
* Oversee internal communications tools. Daily management and delivery of key employee communications content and channels from Viva Engage, SharePoint to email.
* Design and implement campaigns, events, and activities to ensure meaningful engagement with employees and candidates, both online and offline.
* Promote and support sustainability initiatives.
* Work closely with the senior management team to translate the organization's strategy and plans into clear internal messages.
* Work closely with Regional HR teams to ensure Employee Engagement plans and messages are cascaded and aligned with Global.
* Work closely with the IT department to align portal development, implementation, and measurement with tools such as Viva Engage and other employee initiatives.
* Partner with Global Learning and Development to promote new learnings to foster professional development and a learning culture.
* Identify new or emerging technologies that can further internal engagement.
* Support other HR projects as needed such as partnering with Global Talent Acquisition to build and enhance candidate engagement initiatives.
* Leverage AI-driven solutions to optimize communication programs and improve efficiency in delivering key messages through tools like Viva Engage, SharePoint, LinkedIn, and email.
* Identify and adopt emerging technologies to enhance candidate and employee engagement.
Experience & Key Competencies:
* 4 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing impactful internal communications and employee engagement strategies, plans and campaigns for diverse audiences, aligned to business objectives.
* Communication or Marketing degree preferred.
* Creative with strong computer skills, able to prepare interesting and interactive communications assets.
* OR Tech savvy with knowledge of AI technologies and experience integrating them into communication programs is a strong advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others; Positive and encouraging personality.
* Independent and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
