About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Marketing Communications Specialist to oversee the full range of activities related to promotional communications of specific products. The successful candidate will develop strategies and devise tactics to deliver desired promotional campaigns across multiple channels to intended stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager, plan and project manage promotional activities for assigned products throughout all phases, including preliminary analysis and research, marketing communication plan creation, coordination of resources, implementation, review, and monitoring, as well as report production.
* The Marketing Communications Specialist will implement activities in several key phases: preparation of promotion plans, creation of content for the website and industry sponsorship activities, promotion of abstract submissions, registration promotion, and working with the Marketing Funnel to generate reporting and analysis in partnership with the Business Analysis Unit.
* Manage the creation and development of promotional materials for assigned products, including collaboration with the Branding and Digital teams and external suppliers.
* Write, proofread, and revise promotional messages (print and digital) and manage administrative and financial matters related to promotional activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Communication and/or Marketing Studies or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong experience in communication project management, particularly in product promotional communication.
* Experience in analysing business needs, designing marketing communication plans, and implementing them.
* Other marketing experience is a strong plus.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Project Management tools.
* Ability to learn new systems/software as required.
