Job Description:
Our client is a recognized brand in the luxury industry. Working closely with the Operational Marketing Manager EMEA, you will gain a broad, cross-functional view of how a Marketing/Communications department operates across a large and diverse region.
Responsibilities:
1. Visual Merchandising
* Ensure the design, follow-up, and implementation of Visual Merchandising projects to optimize the brand’s visibility and impact.
* Develop and oversee tailored visibility solutions suited to each retail partner’s needs.
* Manage the creation and deployment of customized displays in collaboration with agencies, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Roll out and coordinate the Visual Merchandising calendar in line with the communication strategy.
* Monitor and refresh Visual Merchandising assets.
* Manage logistics and operational follow-up for all Visual Merchandising installations.
* Propose and design visibility elements to convey and reinforce the brand’s universe during events.
2. Digital Presence Optimization
* Optimize the brand’s digital presence and ensure consistent, effective communication across all partner digital channels.
* Conduct digital monitoring and analyze the brand’s visibility on partner-owned media.
* Generate digital content according to the communication calendar, ensuring optimal and consistent visibility on partners’ websites.
* Develop, maintain, and promote a social media calendar to provide targeted, effective content.
* Produce monthly recommendations and ad-hoc studies to improve digital content performance.
3. Media Coordination
* Track media schedules and ensure cohesive activations.
* Oversee the visuals for media supports in partnership with the creative agency.
* Supervise pre- and post-publication stages of paid digital campaigns, including SEA and paid social campaigns.
* Analyze campaign results and suggest optimizations to improve performance.
* Collaborate closely with media partners to maximize the brand’s exposure in key outlets.
4. Administration & Reporting
* Manage budgeting and logistics for regional initiatives.
* Register and track invoices in the M-Files ERP, and provide monthly budget reports.
* Produce detailed activity reports to evaluate the impact of marketing and communication actions.
* Handle logistics and track consigned assets.
* Perform monthly reconciliations of retailer sales.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, and/or communication.
* At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communication.
* Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Curiosity, cultural awareness, and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work autonomously while being recognized for strong team spirit.
* Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential. German would be an additional asset.
