We're excited to be hiring for an After-Sales Area Manager on behalf of a leading automotive company. This field-based role, located in Switzerland (German and Italian speaking parts), involves ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and part sales within a network of dealerships. You will play a critical part in driving business growth and profitability by working closely with dealerships to implement best practices in Aftersales operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between the automotive company and dealerships, fostering strong relationships to drive commercial results, establishing targets and action plans, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to ensure regional targets are met.
* Identify and address training needs to enhance commercial performance and promote the brand image.
* Collaborate with Dealer Development and Sales colleagues to assess potential dealers, leveraging your after-sales expertise to minimize risk and maximize performance within the network.
* Implement and manage the Aftersales Development Programme from start to finish.
* Ensure full dealer compliance with Aftersales Franchise Standards and Business Terms.
* Conduct detailed analysis of dealer performance and provide reports to senior managers, offering recommendations to improve business results.
* Act as a point of escalation for customer problems, resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.
Your Skills
* Extensive knowledge of the aftersales automotive market and dealership operations
* Previous experience in similar position is a strong advantage; experience in aftersales in other sectors accompanied by strong interested in the automobile and motorcycle products can be considered
* Demonstrated experience in a dealer service or workshop environment with a strong commercial focus
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for effective reporting and analysis
* Fluency in English, German, and Italian is a must: French knowledge is a strong advantage
* Exceptional analytical skills, time management, and the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
* Ability to travel in Europe
