You will be applying your expertise in design to specific elements of innovation, commercialization, experiments, and strategy. You will lead by leveraging design thinking and innovation to deliver consumer-engaging experiences from conceptualization to finished product story. What you will be focusing on in this role:
* Leverage design and innovation thinking to create seamless and engaging creative content from idea to finished product solutions.
* Lead projects by applying advanced design mastery from conceptualization to finished product solutions.
* Breathe the brand equity and strategy to bring to life disruptive innovations that, once qualified, will be implemented across regional markets.
* Build, experiment, strategize and leverage trends, imagine the unimaginable, and bring to life solutions in a disruptive but irresistible way.
* Collaborate with the Design Senior Director and Design Vice President to build the Design strategy fundamentals and outstanding approaches to life.
* Collaborate across multi-functional teams to bring to life innovative ideas that impact consumers' lives, changing the way they do laundry and becoming a source of growth for the business and well-being for society.

Job Qualifications
* Design degree from an accredited college or university.
* Strong foundation in Brand / Visual Identity with proven meaningful industry experience and packaging project exposure.
* Previous experience with design strategy / innovation and a consumer-centric approach.
* Experience in the design thinking process and design sprints.
* Portfolio demonstrating design expertise (strong examples highlighting strategy, execution, and in-market results).
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
* Outstanding project and budget management skills; manage resources and report on project progress proactively.
* Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to lead the multi-functional project team.
* Ability to influence management effectively.
* Great sense of creativity and passion for design.
