Your Responsibilities
1. Ensure successful events and support of event goals; create and analyze online evaluations and prepare post-event reports.
2. Provide day-to-day event planning, preparation and project management for multiple large-scale conferences and other events, creating timelines, and helping stakeholders to understand deadlines and prioritize workloads.
3. Collaborate effectively and ensure regular communication with cross-functional teams, in a deadline-driven matrix environment.
4. Manage, track, and maintain marketing information, leads, and opportunities in the CRM database; maintain and update databases, including contact management system mailing lists.
5. Implement successful marketing and communications for event outreach via email, website, social media, conference apps, and print; create and maintain online components including registration forms, event web pages, and surveys.
6. Recruit speakers at pharma customers and provide high touch service; work directly with speakers and registrants on problems and inquiries, like travel and logistics.
7. Coordinate on-site arrangements for all meetings and events: manage, review, and negotiate venue, hotel, AV, and related contracts, arrange food and beverage, order supplies, and audiovisual equipment, ensure appropriate décor.
Skills & Experience
8. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
9. 2+ years of professional meeting/event planning and execution.
10. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, event registration systems, and online applications.
11. Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot, email marketing programs; experience with sales enablement platforms is a plus.
12. Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently, first-class organizational skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
