We are now looking for a Global Account Manager (based in Zuchwil, Switzerland at Schaerer) to join our Global Accounts Team within our Business Unit SEB Professional.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitor, collect, and share information on global trends, market changes, customer potential and risks, and develop and implement action plans based on these insights.
Formulate and execute Key Account Plans (KAP) to promote business development with your accounts.
Oversee and manage business activities with your accounts (e.g. regarding pricing, contract negotiations, specifications, delivery conditions or service level agreements).
Drive sales growth and identify opportunities for new business development.
Independently handle customer complaints, involving internal departments as necessary.
Conduct independent negotiations, aligning with management on matters of significant importance.
Manage and coordinate product and innovation projects with partner customers and product management teams.
PROFILE:
Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B context (coffee industry experience with an understanding of the industry, market trends and competitive landscape is a big plus).
Proven ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Exceptionally effective communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
Highly self-motivated and proactive.
Leadership competencies (previous management experience is a plus).
Fluent in English (any other languages, especially German and/or French, are a plus).
