In this position you will:
* Prepare quotes for spare parts (Quote to cash).
* Manage and follow-up invoicing for spare parts and project machines.
* Handle customers information requests.
* Supervise international logistics (Transport organisation, incoterms, export, carnet ATA).
* Maintain the customer database.
For this position, we are looking for candidates with the following profile:
* CFC commercial profile.
* 1 to 3-year experience in order administration (within an industrial technical environment preferred).
* Experience in an ERP system (Proconcept an advantage).
* Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, MS word.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and with good French knowledge (German a plus).
* Attention to details, meticulous and precise.
* Able to work independently and to handle workload.
* Comfortable and confident with daily interaction at every level of the company.
* Customer oriented.
