Job Summary
The IT department of ODDO BHF is composed of approximately people group-wide, with 5 talented professionals in Switzerland. The team works under the responsibility of the COO and collaborates closely with all departments of the Bank in Zurich, Geneva, and Lausanne.
This challenging position involves ensuring the functional readiness of applications and technical systems, as well as coordinating service relationships with external providers for Application Service Providing (ASP) and Managed IT Services.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure operational readiness of the bank system in cooperation with service providers.
* Implement and coordinate software releases, including testing.
* Analyze and implement regulatory and functional requirements in the bank's applications.
* Manage IT projects or contribute to larger projects' IT aspects.
* Maintain documentation and instructions required for business processes.
Requirements
* Familiarity with banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
* Degree in computer science or business informatics; banking apprenticeship welcome.
* Several years of experience in IT and banking.
* Advanced SQL knowledge.
* Knowledge of core banking systems, with APSYS and CIM being an advantage.
* A structured and analytical mindset, along with conceptual and methodical skills.
* High customer focus and team spirit.
* Initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in German or French, with very good written and spoken English skills.
