**Senior Brand Manager Role at Johnson Controls**
The Senior Brand Manager plays a critical global role in driving the brand strategy, governance, and program deliverables for digital solutions and service offerings across Johnson Controls.
The focus is on the brand architecture, performance improvement, competitive benchmarking, breakthrough strategies, and global alignment and roll out planning.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define the Brand Strategy: Develop and deliver JCI's digital technology and service brands' strategy and deliverables.
2. Lead Digital Naming Processes: Manage digital naming processes and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
3. Global Roll Out of Brand Strategy Updates: Lead the global implementation of brand strategy updates, transformations, and integrations.
4. Brand Evolution: Engage stakeholders to ideate new impactful brand strategy opportunities and drive evolution in line with customer insights, market trends, and competitive pressures.
5. Competitive Benchmarks: Conduct analysis and develop recommendations for JCI's global brand performance in digital technologies and services space.
6. Brand Governance: Lead the global activation of digital technologies and services brand strategy, map progress, and close gaps.
7. Thought Leadership: Drive key thought leadership and positioning programs to build the equity and strength of digital technology and services brands.
8. Unified Expressions: Advance programs and activities to empower unified expressions and global alignment and engagement in digital solutions and service brands, both internally and externally.
9. Brand Integration: Strategize and deliver brand integration approaches for new acquisitions and joint ventures as well as for events and showcases.
**Requirements**
* Digital Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing digital technology and solutions.
* Brand Strategy Development: Specific experience in Brand Strategy development for technologies or services.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated track record in leading with collaboration and teamwork.
* Creativity and Entrepreneurship: Strong sense of curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit in actively looking for opportunities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken English language skill is essential.
* Analytical Skills: Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
* Fast-Paced Environment: Thrives in fast-paced international environment and has a strong sense of urgency.
* Office Work Schedule: Willing to work 3 days from the office.

* Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
