Your role
You will assume the role of a Procurement and Quality Assurance Specialist, overseeing tasks related to procurement and quality assurance. Your involvement will span across the entire supply chain process, from managing suppliers to receiving products, with a keen focus on ensuring conformity and quality.
Your activities in details
* Articles management : Articles introduction, validation in ERP, inventory management
* Supplier management : KPI construction and follow-up, Non conformities and SCAR management, audits, support to supplier search and validation
* Purchasing : PO generation, QA items setting, specs review/formalisation, reception and basic QA assessment, support to sophisticated QA assessment, management of purchase terms and contracts
* Support to QA and Counterfeit tracking
Your profile
* Master in Science or Engineering, Bachelor/HES with experience
* At least 2 years of professional experience in technical purchasing, quality assurance or experience in an industrial environment
* Ability to understand technical drawings, background in electronics, chemistry or optics
* Experience with ERP system
* Knowledge of ISO9001 or other QMS, AS9100 is a plus
* Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* English and French level B"
