Job Description
* ServiceNow HRSD Configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding.
* Custom Application Development: Build custom applications and integrate them with other HR tools and ServiceNow modules to optimize HR service delivery.
* HR Service Automation: Create workflows, forms, and scripts to automate HR processes and improve service efficiency.
* Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and third-party HR systems (e.g., payroll, time management, benefits administration).
* Enhancements and Upgrades: Implement new features and functionalities as part of platform upgrades and ensure the system meets HR business requirements.
* Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow HRSD functionalities.
* Collaboration with HR and IT Teams: Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and design tailored solutions that meet HR needs.
* Documentation and Training: Prepare technical documentation and provide training for HR users to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
