Communications Coordinator (100%), Kilchberg – Zurich
The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) represents people with arthritis/rheumatism, health professionals, and scientific societies of rheumatology across Europe. EULAR is a non-profit scientific and educational association recognised by Swiss law.
The EULAR Communications Coordinator will support the Communications Department in achieving EULAR’s vision of improving the lives of people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. Our highly collaborative team is looking for an enthusiastic and creative team player with advanced digital skills who can develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Your tasks:
* As the EULAR Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the communications team, supporting EULAR’s internal and external communication activities and ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks and deliverables.
* Draft, edit and produce content for all EULAR communication channels (newsletters, website, social media) in formats such as images, video, audio, PPT presentations.
* Ensure consistent use of EULAR branding and related guidelines.
* Develop, implement and coordinate social media content, while collecting and analysing engagement data to drive continuous improvement.
* Actively manage and engage with the EULAR online community, staying informed about the latest digital trends.
* Coordinate and respond to communication inquiries and requests.
* Collaborate with other EULAR teams, as well as external service providers and creative agencies.
* Edit and manage website content to keep it current and engaging.
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
* Plan, produce, and manage the creation of podcasts, ensuring high-quality output.
Your profile:
* Vocational training (KV) with further education (desirable but not essential) in communications, marketing, graphic design or similar.
* Preferred: two to four years of professional experience in any of the above mentioned fields.
* Positive, can-do attitude with strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
* Solid editing and researching skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools and design software.
* Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, canva) and content management systems.
* Experience with video content editing and production software (e.g Premiere Pro, After Effects, Veed).
* Strong communications and writing skills, resourceful and coherent.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Creative and innovative mindset.
* Interest in working with diverse people from different cultures.
* Availability for occasional international travels (EULAR Congress).
