Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager Security

Responsibilities
The GTM Manager Security is responsible for leading the relevant Go-To-Market strategy related to Microsoft’s Security solutions to accelerate the Swiss market security transformation across customer segments. To develop & execute the Microsoft vision, the GTM Manager must develop strong partnerships across marketing, partner, services, sales and customer success locally. Parallel, insights and feedback loop with Corporate team is essential to refining and shaping the future of our strategy and Go-To-Market. The GTM Manager is seen as the voice of the products they represent within Microsoft as well as the leader and the spokesperson for their product set.
* You will be a primary product spokesperson and product evangelist for the business as a whole, inclusive of products within the portfolio and leverage product, industry, market and competitive knowledge as well as technical expertise to develop localized competitive strategy, position the value proposition and tailor messaging to both internal (e.g., sales and marketing readiness) and external audiences (e.g., press, analysts, partners, user community, customers).
* You will build and drive business strategy and track the efficacy of plans for the line(s) of business to drive sustainable growth within and beyond the boundaries of the fiscal year.
* You will create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for assigned line(s) of business across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success and partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft, cross-functional execution as appropriate and you will collaborate with the global partner organization to guide and support the execution of programs to recruit and enable partners to achieve target capacity and quality.
* You will partner with sales to land field enablement accountability and serve as an orchestrator between the business and the areas/subsidiaries to develop and land sales programs along with partnering with Finance and Product Marketing Manager (PMM) teams to ensure team is aligned with business results.
* You will support the creation and pursuit of white-space growth opportunities across products/services and leverage knowledge of revenue, share targets and the area/subsidiary's capabilities in order to develop strategies that maximize performance across products/services.
* You will partner with engineering to proactively drive capacity forecasting and leverage competitive knowledge to shape local capacity and service forecasts as you liaise with sales teams to provide coaching and support pipeline and sales enablement.
* You will drive GTM strategy and land growth plans (e.g., revenue, usage, customer health). Develop competitive strategies to drive target market share gains and actively manage relevant stakeholders to drive the local product marketing growth strategy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Several years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Numerous years of experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
* First years of experience in Security Marketing/Sales and understanding of the Swiss Market Dynamics in the respective field.
* Ideally fluent in German or French.
