Role Overview: Join IQVIA's Swiss Consulting & Analytics team as an Associate Principal, focusing on health technology assessment (HTA) and strategic offerings. This role emphasizes dossier creation and submission, market entry strategy, and pricing optimization to enhance market access for IQVIA’s clients.Key Responsibilities:Shape and lead the pricing and market access offerings in Switzerland.Engage in business development, client proposals, and strategic goal alignment.Manage HTA project strategy, identify challenges, and develop risk mitigation strategies.Oversee project delivery teams on various projects, including dossier development and submission support.Ensure project progress within scope and address potential hurdles efficiently.Mediate, negotiate, and problem-solve within and outside the project team.Train and support junior team members' career development.Liaise with clients, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices companies in Switzerland.Lead thought leadership initiatives, such as client webinars and white paper development.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., HTA, health economics, health policy, medicine, pharmacy, epidemiology, public health).At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including HTA submissions and negotiation processes in Switzerland.Experience with HTA submissions to the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH/BAG) in Switzerland and supporting early HTA scientific advice.Proven success in navigating HTA processes strategically to manage market access and reimbursement.Strong understanding of drug price strategy and negotiations.Entrepreneurial mindset.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.Programme management experience.Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy environment is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Flexible working arrangements (hybrid working model)How to Apply: If you share our passion for driving healthcare advancements through unparalleled data and collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
