Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our business partners toward building an Elite Irrigation Team. Your primary focus will be to drive the adoption of best practices, ensure successful implementation of the Premier Partner Program, and establish measurable value for partners.
You will work collaboratively with the Customer Account Executive (CAE) to support them by identifying expansion opportunities. Your strategic efforts will be supported by our dedicated internal resources for partner success, including the Onboarding Team, Technical Advisors, Tech Support, CAE, and Subject Matter Experts (SME).
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Elite Journey: Guide new and growing partners through the Premier Partner Program, ensuring full implementation of best practices.
* Train & Enable: Deliver targeted training to partners to ensure operational success.
* Drive Accountability: Work directly with Partner leadership teams to establish clear roles, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and milestones to measure Elite Level adoption.
* Conduct QBRs: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Partners to assess progress, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategy.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the internal customer success team to ensure seamless execution.
* Identify Expansion Readiness: Monitor partner growth and collaborate with the CAE to grow revenue.
* Escalate Complex Issues: Leverage SME support for high-level strategic guidance.

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications or other related disciplines
* A success record of 3-5 years of work experience in executive account management, marketing, or business development
* A strong interest in account management and sales and a desire to learn and improve
* A positive attitude and a willingness to take feedback and give feedback
* A strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal skills
* A proven track record with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or other)
* A self-motivated and proactive approach to work and ability to multi-task
* A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
* A passion for water conservation and social impact
* This position requires 50%+ domestic travel
