What you’ll do
1. Lead technical activity on customer accounts, from project concept to adoption. You’ll build a deep understanding of our customers’ systems, priorities, and business needs to find unique solutions.
2. Become a trusted advisor on all things cloud engineering
3. Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, platforms, and architecture
4. Ensure Oracle technology drives customer outcomes and sustainable growth
5. Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and win new workloads
6. Coordinate solution creation, architecture design, and workshops
7. Demonstrate the value of our cloud products, architectures, and new technologies.
What you’ll bring
8. Broad technical experience of Cloud Infrastructure and Platform solutions along with a strong understanding of cloud architecture. Knowledge of Oracle platform services and cloud infrastructure would be a strong advantage.
9. Demonstrates leadership capability including the ability to delegate activities and involve the right teams and skills sets.
10. Clearly able to articulate the Cloud offerings in the market and with the ability to discuss architectures
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills for a group with high degree of comfort speaking across all levels of management (eg IT management, Architects, administrators and executives).
12. Experience in understanding complex customer ecosystems with the ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions
13. Familiar with 3rd party and Oracle Architecture frameworks (eg TOGAF, ECAL)
14. High level of commercial business understanding
15. Intelligence to identify key market trends and insights and leverage them in driving decision making and execution within customer
16. Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders
17. Ability to build relationships to grow business. Act as a partner to our customers, not just a vendor.
18. A strong plus: Solid experience in Data Management (relational and non-relational) and Data Architectures as well as Oracle Databases and Exadata. Additionally, knowledge in any of the following areas: Infrastructure (Cloud Services), Big Data, Data Architecture, Hybrid Cloud Architectures, Data-Driven Enterprise, Cloud Native.
19. Language skills: German and English.
