Join our Marketing team and bring your passion and talent to work.Head of Marketing Partnering Business (80-100%)Your contributionYou will strategically position Tecan's Partnering Business (OEM/B2B) to achieve profitable growth. This includes growing the value of Tecan Partnering product and service brands and developing strategies with sales to execute in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, and MedTech. You will define and drive marketing communications requirements and oversee product launches, sales training, competitive analysis, and define and manage the PB’s marketing strategy.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development: Collaborate with the Head of PB and executive team to identify and grow major customer accounts and develop strategic alliances.Process Optimization: Ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing management and idea management processes, constantly monitoring and optimizing methods.Customer Insights: Gather and share customer insights for promising product and solution ideas, focusing on services, platforms, components, modules, and systems software.Marketing Communication: Define marketing communication requirements for the OEM business and interface with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure execution.Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to develop and manage key account strategies, ensuring follow-up and lead tracking.Brand Management: Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure the Tecan brand adequately reflects OEM services.Budget Management: Develop and manage the PB's entire marketing and product management budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Metrics and People Management: Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities, while providing direct and indirect leadership to the marketing team.Your backgroundWe’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.Education at master level in a relevant field; further education desirable in Business and Engineering.10 years of experience in a senior-level marketing function within the Healthcare industry.Experience in strategic planning and execution, change management and structuring in licensing.Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and public relations efforts.Experience in selling OEM solutions (hardware, consumables, reagents, service).Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on value propositions.Fluent in English; German would be an asset.What makes working at Tecan uniqueThe chance to make it count and to have an impact on the world of tomorrow.Working in an international and diverse environment.The chance to grow your career within the company.Feel empowered by our strong and unique company culture.Comprehensive compensation and benefits package.Join Tecan, a great place to work!
