Overview:
The Revenue Operations Manager supports the corporate global revenue management department in elevating the revenue management adoption, building capabilities by improving process, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profit optimization. This role focuses on total revenue management projects and initiatives on global scale, working closely with on-property and regional teams to identify key nuances and ensure the successful implementation of revenue strategies. This role plays a critical role in optimizing revenue management practices at AMAN to drive business success and reports to the Director of Revenue Optimization.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Management Operations
Supports the strategic framework that brings together all revenue-related activities in the organization. This includes alignment with marketing, sales, finance under one umbrella to help drive business growth.
Process Improvement & Projects
Develop and enforce standardized processes for pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory control across all properties. Establish clear guidelines, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency in revenue strategies and alignment with corporate objectives.
Cross Department Collaboration
Improve communication between revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations by implementing structured meetings, shared KPIs, and integrated technology platforms. Aligning strategies across departments that ensure optimal pricing, demand generation, and guest experience, driving overall revenue growth.
Innovation, Training and Development
Leads revenue management training programs and supports the rollout of new tools, ensuring the successful execution of revenue-related projects and continuous learning at the property level
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Minimum of 3-4 years of proven revenue management experience in hotels, multi brands and luxury segment preferably.
* A university degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
* Experience working with RMS Ideas, Opera, Sabre and hotel tech stack.
* Experience in Project Planning/Execution.
* Language skills: fluent in English both written and spoken.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Interpersonal & Communication– Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated with positive attitude. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, translating complex revenue management concepts appropriate for the needs of the audience.
* Analytical/Critical Thinking – Gathers and organizes data systematically, identifies patterns, evaluates implications, and generates solutions by assessing strengths, weaknesses, and consequences
* Project Management & Execution – Ability to lead revenue-related projects, track KPIs, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of revenue strategies.
* Computer Skills – Advanced user with thorough understanding of Hotel PMS, CRS, SCS, RMS, Channel Management, rate shopping and other industry data provider software. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations)
* Revenue Management - Knowledge of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes and strategies (including sales cycles and trends, account management, pricing, and inventory management).
* Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, P&L statements, operating budgets, forecasting and scheduling, and the reporting of financial data.
* Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics and sales control systems.
