Our Tax Services Reward team focuses on helping clients navigate complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions, and broader reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad-based equity programs, grading, performance management, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with clients to support and contribute to various projects, including benchmarking, compensation plan design, incentive structures, and job architecture frameworks.
* Benchmarking at the executive level and across the broader workforce, designing compensation plans, and developing job grading and job architecture frameworks.
* Conduct remuneration surveys, analyze remuneration data, assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and develop presentation materials.
* Work with key project leaders to manage client relationships and collaborate with other workforce advisory colleagues, service lines, and global EY colleagues.
Your Requirements:
* A university degree in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics.
* 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting, ideally with expertise in remuneration surveys, day-to-day management of remuneration offerings, and market trends in rewards and key drivers.
* Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, along with effective data presentation abilities.
* A team player mentality, with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with experience producing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations.
