The role:
We seek a dedicated Search Manager to join our team delivering global advertising solutions for our client UBS. This is specialist role, requiring a thorough understanding of Paid Search platforms (mainly Google search and YouTube, but potentially also other platforms like Yahoo, Bing and Baidu) and constant optimization in order to ensure all campaigns reach their objectives. Core responsibilities:
The Search Advertising Manager, reporting to the Search Marketing Lead TeamUBS, has the following core responsibilities:
1. Lead and Manage all paid Search Strategy Planning, Implementation, Optimization and Reporting, being the expert on all global SEM activity across all international markets
2. Develop and manage of keyword lists and text ads (On-going optimisations: such as keyword management, bidding, Ad copies and different ad extensions)
3. Working knowledge of search marketing tools such Google Ads Editor, Analytics tools.
4. Very good knowledge of Excel
5. Oversee and manage partnerships with all platforms
6. Keep up to date of current developments and social/digital media trends
7. Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed company goals
8. Experience using different sized budgets in different currencies
9. Demonstrate proactive approach to optimizing client accounts including applying data driven insights and results and recommending new solutions and opportunities, knowledge of Adobe Analytics preferred
10. Collaborate with performance and strategy teams to integrate knowledge into retargeting and audience-based targeting opportunities
11. Manage all reporting including regularly presenting key results to clients. Adobe Analytics Dashboard creation and management
12. Act as a market leader in all things Search, including being at the forefront of digital trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a qualified SEA-Manager to join our team. You are responsible for the day to day management of a client’s Search accounts. We are looking for someone who is data-driven in their approach to marketing, ambitious in generating and converting leads, quick to test and learn and is enthusiastic and passionate about generating quality results on an ongoing basis. This person has relentless energy for all things search and delivering only the most efficient outcomes for our client.
Pre-requisites:
13. 3 years minimum of experience in Paid Search Marketing with proven track record
14. Google certified (Search and video)
15. Experience with YouTube. Other platform experience is a nice to have (Facebook, LinkedIn)
16. Sophisticated analytical and reporting skills with strong ability to analyse and present key results.
17. Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc.
18. Fluency in English – knowledge of German and Italian is a bonus.
19. High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
20. Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix type structure.
21. Strong client and problem-solving focus with growth mind-set.
