Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Morges, working on a long-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer requests from the EIMEA region, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
* Coordinate logistics operations, including part distribution and transportation within the ERP system.
* Provide excellent communication and issue resolution through email and phone during scheduled shifts (7 am-7 pm).
* Create work orders for incoming requests and track inventory movements in the ERP system.
* Support parts ordering and delivery tracking until arrival on site.
* Maintain day-to-day logistics with service teams and carriers.
* Oversee service agreements, including setup, follow-up, and reporting (KPIs).
* Manage new customer onboarding, train users on systems, and support GDP activities.
Required Profile:
* 2-3 years of experience in customer or logistics support roles in an international environment.
* Fluent English and very good command of German or Italian (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
* Customer-focused, able to work under pressure, and in stressful situations.
* Good knowledge of ERP; SAP is an asset.
* Flexible scheduling and availability immediately.
