The Hotel Regina is ideally located in the renowned village of Wengen, in the heart of the Jungfrau region, offering a privileged setting among Switzerland's exceptional landscapes, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We are looking for a professional with a passion for and experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant sector, capable of combining operational excellence with strategic leadership. CONTRACT : Undetermined contract / seasonal MISSIONS : Non-exhaustive list of activities & tasks To assume responsibility for F&B operations in the absence of the Manager, guaranteeing service operations and Relais & Château standards. Comfortable with all types of service : à la carte, banquet, gueridon service, buffet, and others. Welcoming and serving customers, anticipating their need. Managing cash operations and ability to achieve sales targets (upselling and others) Ensure that the restaurant service runs smoothly, from order taking to customer departure Set up and dress the restaurant in accordance with Relais & Chateau standards Assisting in the management of beverage supplies, ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained in line with hotel occupancy forecasts. Be responsible for closing and opening of the F&B outlets according the Hotel standards. Playing an active role in coordinating banquet groups in collaboration with the Chef, helping to develop menus tailored to customer preferences while ensuring effective cost management. Knowledge of food and wine pairings PREREQUISITES : Holder of a qualification (CFC or equivalent) and with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Language skills German, French or English. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments of the hotel. Must have a real interest in their profession : motivation, involvement, and energy. Versatility and flexibility. Excellent presentation and team spirit.
