About this role
We are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead our finance systems strategy and implementation.
This role will oversee, maintain, and enhance our accounting, procurement, and other finance systems.
You will work closely with our Finance, Procurement, Technology delivery teams, and external software and support providers.
Main responsibilities
Project Management & Strategic Planning
* Develop a comprehensive financial systems strategy and implementation roadmap in partnership with Finance.
* Evaluate, implement, and manage finance systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and integration.
* Manage product and project lifecycles, understanding business needs and delivering actionable solutions.
* Drive business process automation initiatives to reduce manual workload.
System Administration and Support
* Administer finance and procurement systems, with support from internal and external delivery teams.
* Responsible for business process design driving operational excellence, systems configuration, and data analytics.
Data Governance and Reporting strategy
* Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and KPIs to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
* Design and manage reporting capabilities to support business operations and decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions.
* Provide training and support to end-users on data governance and reporting tools.
Requirements and experience
* 5-7 years' experience in finance systems implementation and support.
* Proven accounting, management reporting, and financial planning knowledge, with a focus on processes optimization.
* Extensive Project Management, business analysis, and process mapping experience.
* Experience in data governance, reporting, and analytics within finance domain.
* Highly analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English, with excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills.
