Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business lines to assess compliance-related operational and regulatory needs.
* Analyze and optimize existing compliance processes and identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements.
* Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of compliance tools and systems that align with business objectives.
* Serve as the central contact for exploring and integrating emerging technologies, including AI-driven compliance tools.
* Design, prototype, and oversee the transition of new tools or solutions into production.
* Develop and monitor key operational metrics (KRIs and KPIs) to track process performance and ensure alignment with compliance goals.
* Manage cross-departmental compliance projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and IT priorities.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
* Experience:
o 5-7 years in process optimization, tool development, and business reporting.
o Strong understanding of banking processes, particularly within compliance and wealth management.
o Previous experience in a transversal role within a bank or consultancy firm is highly desirable.
* Skills:
o Ability to translate business needs into IT specifications and solutions.
o Familiarity with compliance-focused technologies and AI applications.
o Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Education:
o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Languages:
o English: Fluent (mandatory)
o French: Fluent (intermediate minimum)
