Business Integration and Reporting Governance
* Responsible for Program dependency tracking and resolution with key decision makers within GCO.
* Drive interdependency discussions with the impacted program, business, and IT teams and document outcomes.
* Coordinate related activities with relevant stakeholders, facilitate related meetings, prepare and document required decisions of stakeholders.
* Develop tangible metrics, KPIs and periodic progress reporting related to change management and adoption aligned with Business & IT.
Requirements
* Resource involved in Service should have demonstrable experience of handling stakeholders, specifically stakeholders from Study Site Operations, DDIT, and GCO.
* Resource involved in Service should have demonstrable experience of more than 10+ years working on Security, IT, and Global Clinical Operations programs.
* Resource involved in Service should have strong IAM domain skills, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Resource involved in Service should have extensive experience of working in a multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor, and cross-functional team.
* Resource involved in Service should have extensively worked on Access Management programs.
* Resource involved in Service should be proactive in highlighting and identifying mitigation actions across three workstreams (WS1 – Single Sign On, WS2 – Automation and Orchestration, WS3 - Business Process).
