You will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while promoting the employer brand. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels. Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback. Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company at events and online. Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders. Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. PROFIL ATTENDU:
