Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:
* Driving pipeline development and achieving sales targets through strategic execution of go-to-market plans.
* Generating demand in collaboration with marketing and a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
* Working closely with product teams to integrate client feedback into the product roadmap.
* Managing and maintaining a structured sales pipeline to support quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
* Adhering to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:
* You must have a track record in SaaS technology sales.
* You will have proven success in a quota-bearing sales role, consistently achieving targets.
* You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* You must be proficient in using CRM systems to manage pipelines and accurately forecast opportunity close dates and values.
* You will have experience applying industry-standard sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive successful sales outcomes.
