Your role:Innovation, Campaigns & Design: Lead innovation projects and oversee multi-functional product development teams. Brief and lead the development of global campaign toolkits and packaging designs in line with key market needs and category drivers.Strategic Development and P&L Responsibility: Develop strategies for specific categories and define an innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Global Brand & Category Plans: Own and manage global brand and category plans, collaborating closely with country marketing teams to ensure effective market execution.Market & Trend Monitoring: Monitor in-market performance, analyse category trends, and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for your categories, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.Your profile:Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the cosmetics and skincare industryProven experience in leading innovation projects and managing product lifecyclesStrong leadership abilities with effective communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional teamsProven track record in developing 360° campaigns that drive sustainable growth, with expertise in digital and social media strategiesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, coupled with financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindsetOpen-minded, solution-oriented and curious, with a motivation for continuous learning and growth.
