You will actively animate the HR processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll, social insurances, recruitment, onboarding, contracting, time management and employee relations;
2. Manage the HR process and maintain its quality documentation;
3. Manage all the requests for working permits with the Swiss authorities;
4. Be responsible for requests for family allowance, absence management (including long leave), APG (maternity, paternity), and accident declaration;
5. Reply to questions and manage the process for taxation at source, Pension plan, AVS;
6. Execute payroll process and maintain salary benchmark;
7. Coordinate training and development programs;
8. Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes;
9. Manage workplace conflicts and health in collaboration with the safety manager.
Your Profile:
1. Commercial apprenticeship and Swiss HR Certificate or equivalent Swiss qualification;
2. At least 5 years' experience in a similar position alone as HR in a small company with about 40 people;
3. Strong working knowledge of Swiss social security, insurance, pension schemes, labor law, etc.;
4. French mother tongue with a good level of English (B2);
5. Comfortable with figures, administrative activities, and all the latest Apple computer systems and software such as Sage, Odoo, OpenOffice, Thunderbird and LaTex;
6. Autonomous, methodical, highly conscientious with strong analytical skills and a highly developed sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
7. Strong communication and listening skills.
Availability:
* 50% for the first 3 months to get to grips with the job, then 40% thereafter.
