Job Description
Your daily tasks & responsibilities
1. Full handling of Part 145 (Maintenance) quotations from request for quote reception to the work package technical evaluation hand over to Sales department
2. Receive request from quote and work package from Sales
3. Make sure that all documents/information required for the work package evaluation are available (work package, task cards, SBs, kits info, LOPA, AUX tank configuration, …)
4. Request additional technical information from customer if required
5. Evaluate the work package provided and assess each task
6. Prepare quotation document and fill it with man-hours, access information, assumptions, proposed downtime and material/tooling information
7. Look for material/tooling prices with the support of purchasing department
8. Validate the quotation document with Maintenance Managers
9. Send the quotation document to Sales department and capacity planning department
10. Update the quotation document during quote phase if revisions required
11. Assist Production & Planning during project preparation (material, tooling, critical task cards Identification, work package handover to supervisor…)
12. Participate actively in the development of a data base system, work procedures and tools with the aim to improve quote process efficiency and transparency
13. Ensures that the required administrative steps are taken care of and being followed in order to ensure an adequate support as well as to guarantee fulfilment of all requirements of the Maintenance Organisation Exposition
14. Must work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Design Organisation Exposition (DO-Handbook), Production Organisation Exposition (PO-Handbook), Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications
15. Ensures that safety rules are followed during all activities
16. Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors & Managers, shop Supervisors & Managers and Sales & Purchasing
The expertise you have & skills you bring
17. A minimum of 3 years aviation experience with technical knowledge is required
18. Experience as Mechanics technician, Avionics technician or Planning engineer would be an advantage
19. Technical knowledge of Bombardier, Airbus, Boeing or Gulfstream aircraft would be an advantage
20. Maintenance experience within the corporate / private aviation business would be an advantage
21. Good understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
22. Familiar with A/C manufacturer portals (AirbusWorld, MyBoeingFleet, MyCMP, Bombardier SmartPubs) would be an advantage
23. Familiar with tracking system tools (CAMP, Flightdocs, AMOS, …) would be an advantage
24. Current HF, FTS, EWIS and Part 145 Continuation certification
25. Good knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
26. Fluent in English verbal and written
27. Knowledge in French and/or German language would be an advantage
28. Willingness to work in an administrative position
29. Ability and willingness to rapidly incorporate new tasks/priorities
30. Good communication & organizational skills

33. Driving license
