Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead the project quality, product quality and customer quality teams for a dedicated business unit. They will plan and monitor the department's budget and investments, while providing a clear vision and motivating staff to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure high-quality standards.
* Ensure all necessary quality methods and processes are used according to the project plan.
* Manage internal and external audits, including certification audits and process audits.
* Create customer-product specific quality documents and manage change management.
Requirements
* Completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
* Proven experience in managing large multifunctional teams in a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Fluent English (C1) and French (C2), with German as an asset (B1).
* Strong knowledge of quality methods, tools, and processes.
